Appointments & Telehealth

All appointments are conducted through secure telehealth.

This allows you to receive care from the privacy, comfort, and convenience of your home while still receiving structured psychiatric support.

Yes. ENERI Haven provides telehealth psychiatric care for women located in Illinois.

Because psychiatric care is based on state licensure requirements, you must be physically located in Illinois at the time of your appointment.

Initial evaluations are typically longer so Julia can fully understand your symptoms, history, concerns, and goals.

Follow-up appointments are usually shorter and focused on monitoring progress, discussing how treatment is working, and making adjustments when needed.

Your first visit includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation.

Julia will talk with you about your symptoms, mental health history, current concerns, daily responsibilities, treatment goals, and any questions you have. Together, you’ll begin creating a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

Insurance, Payment & Policies

ENERI Haven accepts select insurance plans and also offers self-pay options.

Please contact the office for current rates and accepted insurance providers.

Payment is due at the time of service.

For self-pay patients, the full visit fee is collected before the appointment to secure your scheduled time and help create a smooth experience for all patients.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a potential fee.

This helps protect appointment availability and ensures time can be offered to another patient when needed.

Missed appointments or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Repeated missed appointments may impact your ability to continue scheduling appointments with ENERI Haven.

You do not have to wait until everything feels unmanageable before reaching out for support.

The first step is to book an appointment.

From there, you’ll receive guidance on next steps, intake forms, and what to expect before your first telehealth visit.
